Purchase Contract

At the time of purchase,the puppy has been examined by a licensed Veterinarian.

You will receive a health certificate and vaccination record for your puppy.

Breeders guarantee that to the best of there knowledge,the puppy is in good health at the time of sale unless noted otherwise below.

Breeders recommend that the puppy/dog to be examined by a licensed Veterinarian within 48 hours of this sale.

Breeders guarantee puppy for one year against life threatening genetic or hereditary defects.

Puppy may be returned for credit against another puppy ONLY. This is ONLY with a letter from a licensed Veterinarian.

Breeders MUST be informed within 48 hours of purchase. Our Veterinarian shall be allowed to examine puppy again. We are NOT responsible for any vet bills and return shipping costs. Upon execution of this contract ALL Veterinary care and its associated costs are the sole and exclusive responsibility of the buyer.

Breeders are NOT liable for any accident ,injury,or other condition which occurs after purchase.

Buyer is responsible for the health and condition of the puppy as soon as the puppy leaves the Breeders possession.

The Buyer agrees that if at any time,and or reason,he/she is unable to keep or properly care for the puppy,the Breeders will assume ownership (first right of refusal) of the puppy/dog in this contract.

The Buyer shall NOT sell the puppy/dog or its offspring (if any),to any individual or establishment in the business of buying and selling puppies for a profit.

**Chinese Cresteds puppies ears are taped at 7 weeks if need to be and continue to be taped until ears stand on there own.

Breeders are NOT responsible for ears not standing.

Breeders cannot guarantee temperament, train ability,conformation,color,coat,or adult size and weight.

Breeders cannot guarantee that the puppy is free of worms or parasites (both internal or

external). Puppies are naturally at risk for internal parasites,such as Coccidia,which is often brought on by stress of travel,a change in environment,or a change in diet. Small young animals are also susceptible to hypoglycemia (low blood sugar levels). There is no guarantee for infectious diseases.

No other warranties or guarantees,expressed or implied,are made under this contract except as stated above.

Any modifications to this agreement must be attached to this document and agreed upon by both the Seller and the Buyer and there signatures affixed indicating that agreement. Except as outlined above, the Buyer is NOT entitled to any refund of any amount for any reason(s).

Buyer is aware of the risks associated with the purchase of a live animal(s). Your puppy may contract various parasites,bacteria,vermin,or viruses that are NOT in control of either the Breeders or the Buyer.

I ACCEPT THIS PUPPY/DOG WITH THE TERMS LISTED ABOVE AND I AGREE THAT IT DOES NOT HAVE ANY APPARENT HEALTH PROBLEMS OTHER THAN ANY THAT WOULD BE LISTED BELOW.
